Information About Us

www.thebakersforumale is a site operated by The Bakers Formulae. We are registered in Singapore under Genius R Us (T10LL0266J). Registered address: HometeamNS -JOM Balestier, 31 Ah Hood Road, #01-04, Singapore 329979.

These terms form the basis of the agreement between our customer and The Bakers’Formulae. These terms, your order and order confirmation are considered by The Bakers’Formula to set out the whole agreement between you and us for the sale of our products. It is your responsibility to check through all details in the order confirmation are complete and accurate as this is the document we work to when completing your order.

Ordering

• All products are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We do not charge Goods & Services Tax (GST).
• Slots are give on first come first served basis based on the timing of payment received.
• The Bakers’ Formulae reserves full rights to accept / reject any orders. If the slots are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, a full refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
• No amendments on the order form without our prior acknowledgment* will be allowed once deposits/payments are completed.
• It is of customers’ full responsibility to specify their food allergens (if any) before ordering.

On Collection 

• Self collection & delivery (+$20-$30) are available.  
• Once cakes/ goods has been collected/delivered successfully, The Bakers’Formulae will not be liable to any damage thereafter. Thus please check your order(s) on the spot upon collection.
• Please collect your order according to the timeframe allocated. Orders that are not collected, we do allow self-collection on the next working day. However, for uncollected order within 3 days from original collection date, it will be discarded and strictly no refunds will be made.
